Oola Andrew Age 7 Primary 2 Oola Andrew lives with his mother, father and seven siblings in Gangdyang near Kitgum in northern Uganda. His father works some with the ministry of works. They are part of the World Food Program, and use any money they have for school fees and medications. His mother makes beads. Oola Andrew is an above average student who is sixth in a class of 270. English and social studies are his favorite subjects in school. He also likes singing and playing soccer with friends. He helps his family by running errands in the market and sweeping the compound. He would like to be a police officer when he is grown up. This will allow him to get a wife and set her up in a shop. Then, if robbers ever come, he’ll take care of them.
