School Fees and Emergency Fund of the Pit-tek Women’s Association

If you are unable to sponsor a child at this time, or have sponsored a child but would like to do even more, you can make a general contribution to the School Fees and Emergency Fund. We use monies in this fund to help those children who have unexpected school, medical or other emergency-related expenses, and to help unsponsored children until a sponsor is found.

The fund enables us to pay school fees temporarily for a newly enrolled child until a sponsor is found for that child. Often, it takes 3 to 4 months or even longer

This fund is a critical pillar of our child sponsorship program. It provides an element of stability and helps assure that sponsored children remain in school even when otherwise dire situations arise.
